Extreme Makeover Home Edition - Chiari Malformation - Chiari Patient - Julie Carter |
The October 21, 2007 ABC Television broadcast of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition featured a Chiari patient who was in need of a new home. Chiari patient, Julie Carter, was featured in part due to her contribution to increasing awareness of Chiari Malformation. In addition to Julie Carter, other Chiari patients were featured as contributors to a special art project honoring Julie and the hard work and she has done. The Chiari Center would like to thank Mrs. Carter, ABC and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition for making more people aware of this condition.
